Entry: Optical maser Skip Glasses Case

This unique glasses case is the perfect deliver for any primary occasion. The outer part of the case is made of robust Natalie Wood to be resilient against force. Step 1: Tools and Materials

Tools required

  • Optical maser Cutter
  • Sanding Paper
  • Screw Clamps
  • Srew Driver
  • Sanding Paper
  • Paintbrush

Materials necessary

  • 4mm Plyboard (beech tree, poplar tree)
  • Fleece 1mm to 2mm
  • Wood mucilage
  • Liquidness paste
  • Clear Varnish

Step 2: Lasercutting

At first, we have to cut off the trinity woody parts A (4mm plywood), the three fleece parts B and the support parts C (5mm MDF) to mucilage the gazump later happening. For the the support parts, we need eleven oval parts and two thinner connectors. Please apply the material settings recommended for your optical maser cutter to achieve to scoop cutting results.

Step 3: Sanding and Painting

To set up the surface of the awkward parts A, it is advisable to use exquisitely sanding theme. Afterwards, clear vanish is secondhand to paint two coats to make the wood resistant against fluids. It also highlights the texture of the wood.

Step 7: Gluing the Fleece II

To glue the sesquipedalian fleece part, we use the support parts we cutted ahead. You have to add the liquid glue on the fleece part and push it into the case with a jailer number one wood. Then we insert the support block off to push the fleece against the inside of the cover. Then we close the eccentric and wait until the glue ist dried-out. Finally, we nates open the case again and pull out the support immobilise.
